The RAK4631 Arduino EU868 is a WisBlock Core module combining a Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller, Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 for building custom wireless IoT devices.
Program it using Arduino IDE or PlatformIO to create LoRaWAN sensor nodes, LoRa point-to-point systems and BLE applications. Its 64MHz Arm Cortex-M4F processor, 1MB flash and 256KB RAM provide the processing and memory needed for sensor readings, application logic and wireless communication.
The RAK4631 plugs into a compatible WisBlock Base Board, which supplies power, programming access and connections for additional modules. Add temperature and humidity sensing, GNSS positioning, motion detection, industrial interfaces or a display to build a device around your requirements.
Low-power operation makes it useful for battery-powered and solar-assisted deployments, with power and charging options provided by the selected base board.
A WisBlock Base Board is required and is sold separately - see USED WITH section. LoRa and BLE PCB antennas are included.
