The WisBlock Barometric Pressure Sensor – RAK1902 is based on the STMicroelectronics LPS22HB, providing accurate barometric pressure measurement for modular IoT systems.
Designed for the WisBlock ecosystem, this module integrates easily via standard connectors and supported libraries, enabling rapid development of sensing nodes and distributed systems.
With a pressure range of 260 to 1260 hPa and high relative accuracy (±0.1 hPa), the RAK1902 delivers reliable environmental data for a wide range of applications. Its ultra-low power consumption (as low as 3µA) makes it particularly suitable for battery- and solar-powered deployments.
The RAK1902 can be combined with other WisBlock modules to create multi-sensor nodes and is well suited to both standalone devices and mesh networking deployments, where pressure data can be collected across distributed nodes.
