The WisBlock Ultrasonic Sensor – ango Sense CS100 (RAK12007) is a compact WisBlock sensor module designed for reliable non-contact distance measurement in IoT and automation applications.
 
Based on the industrial-grade CS100 ultrasonic distance measurement chip, the module integrates an ultrasonic transmitter, ultrasonic receiver and onboard digital processing circuitry into a compact WisBlock-compatible design.
 
The sensor works by transmitting ultrasonic sound waves towards an object and measuring the reflected signal received back at the detector. By calculating the travel time of the sound wave, the module can accurately determine object distance.
 
Distance measurement results are provided as pulse width output, making integration straightforward for embedded systems and custom monitoring applications.
 
The RAK12007 is ideal for smart infrastructure, tank level monitoring, object detection, automation systems, robotics and environmental sensing projects using the WisBlock ecosystem.
