The RAK15001 WisBlock Flash Module extends your WisBlock system with fast, non-volatile storage using the GigaDevice GD25Q16 NOR Flash chip.
With 16 Mbit (2 MByte) of capacity and a standard SPI interface, it’s ideal for storing large, frequently accessed data such as lookup tables, calibration maps, or multimedia assets.
While Flash memory provides much higher capacity than EEPROM, it supports fewer write/erase cycles, making it better suited for static or reference data rather than constantly changing sensor readings.
Compact and power-efficient, the RAK15001 delivers reliable memory expansion for WisBlock projects that need fast access to stable data without increasing power consumption.
