With 512 kB capacity, 10-trillion write cycles, and 10-year data retention, it provides the perfect solution for applications requiring frequent data updates without wear limits typical of EEPROM or Flash.
The module features a 40 MHz SPI interface, fast read/write access, and a low standby current of 50 µA, making it ideal for industrial, environmental and battery-powered IoT devices.
