The Milesight TS201 is a compact EU868 LoRaWAN temperature sensor with a detachable external probe, designed for refrigerated storage, food monitoring and pharmaceutical cold-chain applications.

Its DS18B20 temperature probe measures from −40°C to +125°C and includes a 1.5m cable, allowing the probe to be positioned inside a refrigerator or monitored space while the transmitter remains outside.

The IP67-rated enclosure, replaceable battery and low-power wireless connectivity make the TS201 suitable for installations where running power or data cables would be impractical.

For reliable monitoring records, the TS201 stores up to 4,000 readings locally and supports data retransmission following interruptions to connectivity. Temperature threshold and abrupt-change alarms help identify conditions requiring attention.

The detachable probe can be calibrated independently of the transmitter. EN12830 certification and continuous temperature records support food and pharmaceutical monitoring applications and HACCP procedures.

This listing is for the TS201-868M/915M temperature-only version with an external DS18B20 probe. It does not measure humidity.

The probe measurement range is −40°C to +125°C, but the transmitter operating range is −30°C to +55°C. Position the transmitter within its specified operating conditions. Milesight recommends placing it outside the refrigerator.

For remote monitoring through LoRaWAN, a compatible EU868 gateway, network service and application platform are required. These are purchased or arranged separately.

Battery life depends on reporting frequency, radio settings, temperature and operating conditions. The quoted figures are laboratory estimates.

The thermal buffer bottle and magnetic mounting accessory are optional and are not included as standard.

EN12830 certification and temperature records can support monitoring and HACCP procedures. Any application-specific calibration or certification requirements should be checked before deployment.
