M2MGubbins highly recommend the Unify Hook Loop Kit (Type J) for temporary installations or where mounting damage needs to be avoided. It provides a simple, flexible way to hang or secure a Unify Enclosure from a suitable hook, fixing or other feature at the installation location.
For example, we've found this kit particularly useful on construction site deployments, where an enclosure can be hung securely from scaffolding or exposed rebar.
This is a rigid mounting loop, not a hook-and-loop (Velcro-type) fastening system. The accessory provides a 27 mm opening through which a suitable hook or fixing can be placed.
Mounted to the rear of the enclosure using its integrated mounting points, the Hook Loop is secured with the supplied M3 stainless-steel screws into the enclosure's reusable brass threaded inserts.
Designed as part of RAK's modular Unify system, the Hook Loop can be used across all three Unify Enclosure sizes.
