The WisBlock Magnetic Switch – RAK13011 is an interface module that includes a reed relay and magnet, allowing you to detect opening and closing events in your WisBlock projects.
 

When the reed relay status changes, the module can raise an interrupt, making it perfect for applications such as:
 

  • Window and Door Security Systems – Detect intrusions or unauthorised access

  • Industrial Monitoring – Detect the presence of equipment or rigs in production lines

  • Smart Buildings – Monitor access points for automation or safety alerts
     

This magnetic switch module for WisBlock fits into one of the WisBlock Base Board Sensor slots but occupies two slots due to its size.
